One of the biggest problems women face is that they do not know what their body type is and how to dress according to their body types.We all have figure features we'd like to disguise better. There is always something that we, as women, do not like about our bodies we call them " trouble areas ". We are all different and learning how to dress for your body type and embracing your body shape is the first step is determining your body type and then dress accordingly. One should look and feel better which helps in gaining in your confidence.

There are 6 main body shapes . Out of all six hour glass body shape which is considered the most ideal body shape because of its pleasing symmetrical proportions.

Pear - Pear sometimes called triangle shaped body types have a slender neck, narrow shoulders, small bust, as well as a shapely waist, generous lower hips and full thighs.You have an elegant neck and proportionately slim arms and shoulders. With your great legs and narrow hips, you are one of those lucky women who can wear hip-hugging jeans, so show off your curves. Your probably have strong shoulders and narrow hips. Your waist is subtle and you have a tendency to gain weight in your belly and upper body.If you were to gain weight, the pounds would distribute on your upper body frame.
